A new Tulsa Tech campus is dedicated in Sand Springs. Superintendent Steve Tiger says it will help give students necessary skills to meet job demands in today’s economy. Tiger says there is a ‘skills gap’ across the U-S and Tulsa Tech offers classes to help meet needs of the workforce.
The 16-million dollar building already has 300 students enrolled for the fall semester, and could accommodate up to 500. This is the seventh campus in the district. Earlier this week, an Owasso campus was dedicated.
