TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Tulsa Mayor Dewey Bartlett is scheduled to deliver a State of the City address to a chamber luncheon.
Bartlett is to speak Wednesday at noon at the Cox Business Center Ballroom during the Tulsa Regional Chamber Luncheon.
Bartlett is expected to address the progress he sees in the city during the last year and his future plans for public safety and economic development.
