Oklahoma City, OK – Okla family wins $250,000 on lottery ticket

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) A Tulsa family is $250,000 richer, thanks to a winning lottery ticket.

According to the Oklahoma Lottery Commission, Edward Main and his sons Edward Main Jr. and Ronald Main are splitting the Mega Millions prize.

The family purchased the ticket at a Quik Trip convenience store on South Harvard that had all five numbers but not the Mega Ball.

Net proceeds of all lottery games go to education in Oklahoma. Officials say more than $380 million has been contributed to education since November 2005.
