Tulsa, OK – A man is arrested in Tulsa County and accused of kidnapping and trying to sell the two women he had taken.
The incident started late Saturday night at the Willowbend Apartments. The women managed to get a message to another customers in a convenience store restroom that they had been kidnapped.
She notified police.
