Tulsa Gas Prices Increase

File photo

For the second time is just days, the price of gasoline in Tulsa has taken a huge jump. The price of regular-unleaded increased overnight to $3.64 per gallon.

AAA spokesman Chuck Mai says the reason for the spike is difficult to pinpoint. Mai says rising prices for crude oil and tight gas supplies don't fully explain the increase and AAA is "puzzled" somewhat by the price.

The price of oil closed down yesterday $1.16 per barrel.
