Tulsa Existing Home Sales Skyrocket

Apr 26, 2012

The Tulsa housing market continues to rebound. Nearly 1,000 homes were sold last month. That makes March the best month for existing home sales since the recession in 2008.

The President of the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors is Roger Erker. He says the figures show a 28% increase over the same time period last year. Erker says more offers are being made on homes and more people are attending open houses.

The average sales price was just over $149,000.
