Tulsa Complex Sees Two Fires in One Week

TULSA, Okla. (AP) — There have been two fires at a Tulsa apartment complex in less than a week.

The Tulsa World reports that firefighters were called to a blaze at the Balboa Park apartment complex early Saturday morning.

Fire Captain Stan May says the blaze destroyed several units.

May says none of the residents were injured in Saturday's fire. He says a firefighter was taken to a hospital but has since been treated and released.

Saturday's fire follows another blaze at the apartment complex on Tuesday. The newspaper says a dog died in the fire earlier this week.

It's not clear how the fires started or whether they're related.
