A Tulsa man says he was mugged by a clown while out walking his dog overnight. The incident was reported near 81st and South Yale.
The Tulsa Police helicopter and officers on the ground searched for the wayward clown with no luck.
EMSA was called to the scene. The man, however, declined treatment.
