Tulsa Police are searching for a vehicle that struck a bicycle rider and then fled the scene. The crash happened over the weekend near the 2300 block of West Edison. That is near Tulsa's Central High School.
30-year-old Ronald Hill was dead at the scene. Police want to know who struck Hill and why that person did not stay at the scene or render aid.
