Tulsa, Oklahoma – On today's show, we feature a conversation with Dr. Robert Spoo. Dr. Spoo is an associate professor of law at the University of Tulsa College of Law. His primary area of academic and legal expertise is that of intellectual property, but on our program he describes in some detail another aspect of his background --- namely, his clerkship. Dr. Spoo clerked for Judge Sonia Sotomayor in 2001 and 2002 (on the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals, a federal court based in New York City). KWGS News Director John Durkee fills in for Rich Fisher today as our host, and he has plenty of questions for Dr. Spoo about what it was like to work closely with Judge Sotomayor. They also talk about some of the notable rulings in her career thus far.
