Tulsa, OK – The Tulsa City Council delays a vote on whether to allow the Trash board to go in debt to by new trash carts. The delay came after a parade of citizens asked the council to start the entire bid process for a new trash service over again.
The Councilors were upset because they say they can't get particulars on costs and services. But Trash Board Chair Cheryl Cohenour says that can't be done until a contract is awarded
The Council, toward the end of a four hour meeting, voted to delay the process two weeks.
