Oklahoma City, OK – At least 21 tornadoes in Oklahoma during storm

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) The National Weather Service is reporting at least 21 tornadoes touched down in Oklahoma when a storm system moved through the state and killed two people.

The strongest of the Thursday twisters hit Tushka in Atoka County and was rated on the Enhanced Fujita scale as an EF3 with wind speeds of 136 to 165 miles per hour. An EF2 with winds of 111 to 135 mph was reported near Lake Eucha (OO'-chee) in Delaware County.

Weaker tornadoes were recorded in Osage, Washington, Nowata, Le Flore, Pushmataha, Latimer County, Pittsburg, McCurtain, Marshall, Johnston, Murray and Lincoln counties.
