Tulsa County booking photo

Three people are hospitalized and a fourth person is in jail following a shooting at a North Tulsa barber shop Friday evening. One of the people injured is a 10-year-old boy.

The shooting took place at 'Changing the Game Barber Shop' at the Springdale Shopping Center at Pine and North Lewis about 7 p.m. on Friday.

Officers say 33 year-old Kerry Payne got into an argument with two other men at the shop. Police say he left, but came back with a gun. That is when he opened fire shooting the three people. He was arrested several hours later at his home.

The victims were found in front of the barber shop. They were rushed to the hospital. All are expected to survive.
