Three Killed in Green Country Crash

By AP

Tulsa, OK – 3 killed in motorcycle collision on Oklahoma road

OKMULGEE, Okla. (AP) Authorities say three people were killed when two motorcycles collided on an Okmulgee County road.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 20-year-old Bixby resident Shane Reed, 20-year-old Beggs resident Travis Flud and 17-year-old Kali Hull of Tulsa all died of massive injuries at the scene of the accident about 7:02 a.m. Sunday on Adams Road.

The patrol says Flud was driving a motorcycle west in the eastbound lanes of the road at a high rate of speed when his vehicle hit the eastbound motorcycle driven by Reed head-on.

Troopers say Flud and Hull weren't wearing helmets, but Reed was.
