CHECOTAH, Okla. (AP) A suspended Checotah elementary school teacher accused of having sex with a teenage boy now faces new charges of having sex with another teen.

Thirty-eight-year-old Michelle McCutchan is now charged with nine counts of second-degree rape, nine counts of sodomy plus two counts of providing alcohol to minors, one count of possessing child pornography and one count of child neglect.

She's accused of having sex with two Checotah High School students and of failing to protect her child from sexual acts.
