Tulsa, OK – No criminal charges are anticipated, but a Tulsa High School teacher is headed to the unemployment line. Hale High School social studies teacher, 42-year-old Scott Factor has been dismissed.

The Tulsa World filed an open records request for termination documents and reports that in the documents, Factor was accused of making nine female students feel uncomfortable by inappropriate touching of knees, shoulders and buttocks. At least one of the girls had complained to a high school counselor who told were to write out her complaint.

Factor joined the Tulsa School System in 2003. He has retained legal counsel, but it is unclear if he will fight the termination.
