Tulsa, OK –
A man who fired shots at police during a south Tulsa standoff kills himself.

Negotiators try and coax 31-year-old Terrance Moses out of a condo at 67th and South Peoria. During the 8 hour hostage standoff, Moses let one woman go and members of the special operations team rescued another. Police Captain Ryan Perkins says when officers finally did enter the residence, Moses was found dead.

The police did fire tear gas, but Perkins says they did not return fire when Moses shot at them during the hostage rescue.
