Tulsa, OK – One wheel-chair bound person is in custody in connection with a downtown stabbing.
Police were notified by one of the Occupy Tulsa protesters that a man had been stabbed in an alley near the Centennial Greens. The TPD got the call around 10 AM.
The victim and the suspect in the wheel chair are both thought to be homeless.
