Tulsa, OK – No one is injured as a Delta Airlines jet with 47-people on board slips off the taxiway at Tulsa International Airport. The incident happened as the Atlanta bound 6:00AM flight was headed toward take-off. The jet became stuck in the grass just off the taxiway.

Tulsa Airports Vice President Alexi Higgins says the passengers were all taken off the jet without incident. The bags were also removed. The passengers are being placed on other flights to their destination.

Heavy equipment is being brought in to remove the jet. Other air traffic at the airport is not being impacted by the incident.
