It was over a half century ago that Colonel Martin Scott was shot down over Vietnam. Now, 51-years later his family is finally getting closure.
The Colonel's remains have been positively identified and are being brought back to Oklahoma for internment. A memorial service is planned in Claremore for a week from this Friday.
