A man is dead after a morning crash on Highway 75. It happened just to the north of 36th Street North.
Police got the call around 7 a.m. It appears the car was headed southbound when it hit a concrete barrier. The car went out of control and landed on its top. It is unclear why the 37-year-old driver lost control. Police say the roadway was not icy at the time.
The driver was dead at the scene. Police say it was unclear if he was wearing a seatbelt. The wreck caused a major back up on Highway 75 as police investigated the crash scene.
