The Ottawa County Sheriff's office says Donald Creed, of Willard, Mo., surrendered on Monday, the day he reached a plea agreement with prosecutors.

Creed's semi slammed into vehicles that had stopped for a previous accident on Interstate 44 near Miami on June 26, 2009.
