A Jenks man is dead following an industrial accident over night near Sapulpa. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 20-year-old William Miller was killed when he jumped on a forklift at the Paragon Industries facilities in Creek County.

The forklift was driven by another man and was on its way to pick up a load of pipe. The Patrol says that is when Miller fell off the forklift and was run-over by the back tire.
