Tulsa, OK – A new report on the deadly Joplin tornado indicated that many people ignored the sirens, sounded well in advance of the twister. Here in Tulsa, it is feared many people, in our Ethnic Communities, don't even know about the warning sirens.

That is Tim Lovell with Tulsa Partners. "Safety in any Language" is the name of a community outreach planned for Saturday afternoon at the Police Headquarters downtown.
