Public Invited to Governor's Mansion for Festival

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin and her husband are hosting an annual event this weekend highlighting the state's culture and history.

Septemberfest is held at the Governor's Mansion and the Oklahoma History Center and invites the public to experience the state's past, present and future.

The free event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

It will feature arts and crafts, storytelling, live entertainment and historic re-enactments.

The public is also invited to tour the Governor's Mansion during the event.
