Tulsa, OK – Supporters of a police captain disciplined for refusing an order to attend a mosque for a special law enforcement event rally in downtown Tulsa.

A group called Act for America sponsored the rally. National spokesman Kelly Cook says Captain Paul Fields did nothing wrong, he was just exercising his constitutional rights.

But Shirley Kirk, a member of a counter demonstration, sponsored by the Say No to Hate Coalition believe it's a matter of Islamophobia.

Cook says the demonstration in support of Fields, which included a petition presented to the mayor's office, will show there is concern about radical Islam growing in America.
