Preliminary Hearing in Triple Murder

By AP

Oklahoma City, OK – OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) A man accused of killing a prostitute featured on the HBO reality series "Cathouse" and three other people will be in an Oklahoma County courtroom for his preliminary hearing on first-degree murder charges.

Twenty-nine-year-old David Allen Tyner of Locust Grove is accused of shooting, stabbing and then burning the bodies of Brooke Phillips, Milagrous Barrera, Jennifer Ermey and Mark Barrientos at a southwest Oklahoma City home on Nov. 9, 2009. His preliminary hearing begins Wednesday before Special Judge Stephen Alcorn.

Autopsies showed all four of the victims had been shot. Because Phillips and Barrera were pregnant, Tyner faces a total of six counts of first-degree murder.

Phillips had worked at the Moonlite BunnyRanch, a legal brothel near Carson City, Nev., that is featured in the HBO reality show "Cathouse."
