Tulsa Police report a man is dead and a woman is in jail this Monday.
The man was crossing south Peoria at 34th street when he was struck by a car. Police say the driver of that car was intoxicated. She was arrested and taken to jail. The man died at the scene in Brookside.
25-year-old Lindsey Smith is being held by authorities. The victim has been identified as Kenneth Huck, age 35.
