Police Release Names of Double Homicide Victims

Tulsa County Booking Photo

Tulsa Police are holding 35-year-old Rolando Morales in the Tulsa County Jail. He is suspected of killing two women at his south Tulsa apartment. The bodies were discovered mid-day yesterday at the Westminster Apartments near 51st and Memorial.

Tulsa Police Homicide Detective Dave Walker: “During the police response family members of Morales received a text message with a photo of two dead women in a bathroom. Morales claimed these women were in his apartment and that he was going to dispose of the bodies. Police surrounded the apartment and called Morales on his phone and he surrendered without incident. Police made entry into the apartment to render aide if possible and found two females dead inside the apartment. The females appeared to be in their twenties and had been shot.”

Walker says Morales hosted a Cinco De Mayo party on Saturday night.

The victims have been identified as 27 year-old Amber Dawn Foreman  and 22 year-old Pricila Ochoa.
