A plane touches down short of the runway at Tulsa International Airport. The incident happened about 3:45 this afternoon near Apache and North Sheridan. It landed on a city street near the general aviation area of the International Airport.
No one was injured. The plane was piloted by a teenager with another teenager on board as a passenger. The teen did have his pilot license.
The plane sit down on a narrow stretch of road along 69th East Avenue, between the airport and the Gilcrease Expressway.
