Tulsa, OK – Tulsa's Bell Elementary School is NOT on any of the school district's closing proposals. However, it could be reconfigured as an alternative school or a first-thru-eighth grade school. That is something that parent "Victor" does not want to see happen.

He was just one of several parents getting signatures on a petition. Parent "Crystal" is pleased with Bell "as-is".

The Tulsa School board is expected to vote on a final version of the consolidation plan next month. Parents gathered signatures on petitions this morning urging the board to leave Bell alone.
