Overn ight Fire

Tulsa, OK – A Tulsa Police officer on routine patrol is being credited with saving two people from a house fire.

Officer Shawn Kite was near 34th and Mingo when he spotted smoke coming from a house. He entered the house and helped get an 81-year-old woman and her daughter to safety.

The daughter is okay. The mother was taken to the hospital with smoke inhalation.
