Tulsa, OK – Taking home police squad cars out of the city limits may not be legal. City Councilor Bill Martinson has asked for a charter review.

Council attorney Drew Rees says it is his opinion that the agreement violates the city charter. The agreement is part of the Fraternal Order of Police' contract with the city.
