Speakers for the motion are Hudson Institute's Dennis Avery, Missouri farmer Blake Hurst, and Chairman of the UK's Food Standards Agency John Krebs. Speaking against the motion is: Vogue food critic Jeffrey Steingarten, Urvashi Rangan, Director of Technical Policy for Consumers Union, and Charles Benbrook, the chief scientist at The Organic Center.
