Okmulgee Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash in McIntosh County

File Photo

COUNCIL HILL, Okla. (AP) — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says an Okmulgee man was killed when the motorcycle he was driving collided with a vehicle on State Highway 72 in McIntosh County.

An OHP report says 34-year-old Stephen Thraillkill was northbound Saturday on the highway near Council Hill when he apparently applied the front brakes and the motorcycle overturned into the southbound lane and was struck by an oncoming vehicle.

Two passengers in the second vehicle — including a 1-year-old boy — were treated and released for injuries suffered in the collision.
