OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Every county Department of Human Services office in Oklahoma would be required to post a sign about how to report welfare fraud under a bill heading to the governor's desk.

The bill by Coalgate Republican Sen. Josh Brecheen passed the House Thursday on a 95-0 vote. It now heads to Gov. Mary Fallin for her consideration.

The measure requires a sign to be posted in a clearly visible location of every county welfare office in the state that provides instructions on how to report welfare fraud. The bill also directs that the identity of anyone reporting cases of welfare fraud be kept confidential.
