No Charges Against Wagoner County Home Invasion Shooter

Wagoner County

No charges will be filed against the shooter in connection with last week’s home invasion near Broken Arrow that left three teenage suspects dead. Wagoner County 1st Assistant District Attorney Jack Thorp calls the shooting justifiable. Thorp says 23 year-old Zack Peters was within his rights and was protecting his family's property when the teens broke into the family home.

Peters shot and killed the three burglars, who were wearing masks and armed with a knife and brass knuckles. Peters then called authorities to report his shooting and the attempted burglary.

Charges have been filed against Elizabeth Rodriguez of Collinsville. She is the suspected get-away driver who left the scene after hearing gunfire.
