Tulsa, OK – There will be no changes in the ballot.
The Tulsa County Election Board has ruled that Chris Trail will remain on the ballot as a District Five Tulsa City Council Candidate. Incumbent Bill Martinson challenged Trail as a viable candidate claiming Trial registered to vote in the district prior to living there. Trail claimed he took position of a home on March 26th and registered to vote on March 31st, ahead of the deadline.
Martinson and Trail are both Republicans. The winner of the primary will win the council seat as no democrat or independent filed for the position.
Trail is the owner of Ike's Chili Parlor.
