Two very high profile hearings took place this week on Capitol Hill. The House Intelligence Committee is investigating Russian interference in the 2016 election and the Senate Judiciary Committee is grilling President Trump’s nominee to be the next justice of the US Supreme Court.

Monday, March 20

The FBI Director James Comey and the director of the National Security Agency, Admiral Mike Rogers, are expected to testify before the House Intelligence Committee. The Senate Judiciary Committee hearing for Judge Neil Gorsuch begins with opening statements on the same day. However, the hearing really gets rolling on Tuesday, when Senators begin questioning the nominee.
