New Technology Coming to Address Pothole Complaints

KWGS News

An upgrade to phone and computer technology at Tulsa city hall should help get potholes fixed more quickly. Under the new system, there is GPS capability…so you could take a picture of a pothole, send it to city hall, and a crew could go right out and repair it. But given current budget woes, Councilor Phil Lakin is worried about having personnel to follow up, if things speed up on the front end.

Officials say the system should also speed up response to city code violations reported by citizens.
