Oklahoma City, OK – Former Gov. Henry appointed to institute's board
OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Former Oklahoma Gov. Brad Henry has been appointed to the board of directors of the Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism in Oklahoma City.
The nonprofit law enforcement training center works to improve public safety through training, professional development and education of the nation's uniformed officers and law enforcement leadership.
Henry finished his second term as Oklahoma's governor in January.
Memorial Institute Executive Director David Cid told The Oklahoman that Henry's integrity and intelligence will be an invaluable asset to the institution.
