Brookside residents will gather tonight at 6:30 for a neighborhood meeting. Residents in the area are concerned after two, of the recent six, sexual assaults have taken place in Brookside. The meeting will be at the Southminster Presbyterian Church. The church is on the corner of 35th and South Peoria.
Tulsa Police and the Domestic Violence Intervention Service/Call Rape will take part in the gathering and offer tips for staying safe. These attacks have all taken place in the middle of the night, inside a home or apartment.
Police say the same man is committing all the attacks. The victims have ranged in age from their 20s all the way to the late 70s.
