Muskogee, OK – Officials investigate body found near Okla highway
MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) Authorities are trying to determine what happened to a man who was found dead inside his car near the Muskogee Turnpike.
Police Lt. Bobby Lee says the man was driving south on an access road across from the turnpike when he failed to stop at a dead-end on Thursday.
Nearby industrial plant workers noticed the Ford Taurus, found the dead man and called police.
The man's body was turned over the medical examiner to determine a cause of death.
