By KWGS News

Tulsa, Ok – Tulsa County District Attorney Tim Harris admits the death of a key state witness will change the way he moves forward with a high profile murder case.

Allen Shields was to have testified against other suspects in the murder for hire death of businessman Neal Sweeney. Shields committed suicide after a stand-off with Tulsa Police for an unrelated offense.

Harris says he will try to introduce Shields testimony from the preliminary hearing into evidence at the trial.
