Tulsa, OK – With the assessment fee approved, the City of Tulsa, moves forward to collect the revenue. The fee is 6 cents for each square foot of property inside the Inter Dispersal Loop downtown.

The federal government, churches and private homes with homestead exemption are exempt.

The money is expected to raise $25-million to help pay for the construction of the new Oneok Field at Archer and Elgin, downtown. The rest of the money will come from private donations and a lease with the ball team.

The ballpark will be the new home of the Tulsa Drillers. It is expected to be finished by April of next year.
