More Than 60 Firefighters Respond to Oklahoma City Blaze

OKC Fire Department

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — More than 60 firefighters have been called out to extinguish a blaze at an historic building in downtown Oklahoma City.

Oklahoma City Fire Department Battalion Chief Brian Stanaland says the fire was reported around 8 a.m. Thursday in the Stockyards City area. He said it's unclear what caused the fire at the Bentley-Gafford Ranch Store.

No injuries were reported Thursday morning. Stanaland also said there were no reports that the fire had spread to adjacent buildings.

The department dispatched eight fire engines and three ladder trucks.
