Tulsa, OK – Mayor Kathy Taylor announced the Bank of America and the Walton Family Foundation have donated funding to benefit 18 community school after-school programs in at risk areas through the City of Tulsa's Mentoring to the Max initiative.

The grants total $40,000. The announcement was made by bank and Walton family spokesmen at the Alcott Elementary School in North Tulsa.

Alcott is one of the schools that will benefit from the grant.
