TULSA, Okla. (AP) — An endangered snow leopard cub is now on public display at the Tulsa Zoo.
The zoo said Wednesday that the 12-week-old Niko has been introduced to his habitat and can be seen by visitors. Zoo officials say Niko has been playing in his new surroundings.
Niko is in the "Life in the Cold" building, where Arctic foxes usually live, until he's big enough to move to a larger area.
The zoo is planning to open a new snow leopard habitat in 2015.
