Man's Burned Body Found in RV Park Fire Pit is Identified

Lincoln County

The state medical examiner's office has identified the burned body of a man that was found in a fire pit at an RV park near Chandler.

The body was identified Friday as that of 52-year-old Jeffrey Piotrowski, who lived in the park. A suspected cause and manner of his death has not been determined.

Lincoln County Sheriff Charlie Dougherty told reporters the body was found last Sunday by three children who were looking for their cat.

Dougherty said the body was badly burned with only the legs below the knees being recognizable.
