EUCHA, Okla. (AP) — A man has been arrested in the shooting of another man in Eucha in Delaware County.
The Tulsa World reports a 31-year-old man was arrested Monday afternoon on complaints of assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm after a felony conviction and possession of a controlled substance.
Authorities say 36-year-old Johnny Leaf was shot in the back around 5 a.m. Monday. According to a news release from the Delaware County Sheriff's Office, he was transported to a hospital and is in stable condition.
